Located only 16 km from Zadar, Nin is a small but picturesque town with very long and rich history. It is said to be a cradle of Croatia state and place where first Croatian king was crowned in 925. During our tour you will see the coronation church of St. Nicola and smallest cathedral in the world. You will learn a lot about history of Croatia from our guide. We will also find a statue of Grgur Ninski - bishop who made Christianity stronger and who fought for preserving local languages. Tradition says that touching his toe brings good luck. Afterwards we will drive towards Pag Island - second longest island in Croatia which is famous for its unique landscapes resembling surface of the moon. We will reach north furthest point of the island – small village of Lun and stop for sightseeing in charming town of Pag which has a lot of precious monuments including Church of the Assumption of the Holy Mary.
