We offer a one-day tour to the capital city of Croatia. Zagreb is located about 160 km northwest of Rijeka. The bustling city of Zagreb offers many attractions. Although there is no sandy beaches and the access to the sea, visitors can still enjoy a great atmosphere of the capital. The long history of Zagreb is reflected in numerous monuments and city architecture. We would like to take you on a tour divided into 3 parts: a short drive through the modern part of the city, a walking tour around the Old Town and a visit in the Mirogoj cemetery.

We will take you on an about 2,5-hours drive from Rijeka to Zagreb. When you reach the Croatian capital, you will take a short drive around New Zagreb. You will have a possibility to explore the modern part of Zagreb with such buildings as the Hippodrome, the Contemporary Art Museum, Parks, the Zagreb Fair, the National and University Library. Then, you will direct toward the Old Town and you will walk through Captol and Gradec. You will see the most important sights of the oldest area of Zagreb: the St. Marks church, the Stone gates, the Lotrscak tower, the Dolac open market and the Zagreb Cathedral. After that, you will have a short brake over coffee or tea and then you will drive to the Mirogoj cemetery, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful cemeteries in Europe.
