Let our guide show you the most beautiful parts of Pula Old Town. Pula is one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia. Pula's history is dated back to the 1st century when it was a Roman colony. It was a very important administration and trade centre and hence many Roman buildings can be found there. We would like to tell you about this remarkable city, its history and traditions as well as show you the most important and interesting sites.
During our 2-hours walking tour you will have a possibility to admire architectural beauty of the city. You will see remains from Roman times such as the Amphitheater, the Hercules temple, the Cathedral, Forum Romanum with Augustus Temple. The Old Town is dotted with city gates such as the Sergii Gate – Porta Aurea, the Hercules Gate, the Twin Gates – Porta Gemina. You will see the Pula Cathedral, the Chapel of Santa Maria Formosa and the Church of St. Nicholas. You will have a chance to admire fantastic views of the city from the star-shaped castle which is located on top of the central hill of the old city.
